The U.S. Navy requested that I support the Joint Staff during the NATO Defense Ministers Conference, a part I have played many times before but not under the current administration. April 2017 Market Commentary

Peterborough, NH (April 17, 2017) - Here in New England, the quiet snowfall has finally given way to the beautiful, noisy spring sounds of birds and animals bustling about. [On a short hike Saturday, I enjoyed seeing a bobcat, three deer, a porcupine, and moose tracks.] The holiday weekend was filled with sun and warmth giving many of us an opportunity to clean up the garden or yard from the long winter.
