Carl Amos Johnson has been a global fee-only fiduciary advisor and investment strategist at Grove Street Fiduciary, LLC in Peterborough, NH, since 2001. A respected commitment to service

Carl began his career as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy following his graduation in 1992 from the University of Illinois, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science through the NROTC scholarship program.

His first assignment was aboard USS BRISCOE (DD 977) serving as Electronic Warfare Officer, Tomahawk Strike Warfare Officer and then Navigator. Aboard USS BRISCOE, he deployed to the Red Sea and earned his designation as a Surface Warfare Officer. In 1996, he was assigned to Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL, for instructor duty teaching Navigation and Leadership where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Decorated Naval Officer

Following completion of his MBA, Carl served as a combat systems officer aboard the USS CLARK deploying to the North Atlantic and the Caribbean. In 2000, he resigned his active commission and was sworn in as an officer with the Navy Reserves. He recently completed an active duty tour as the Foreign Delegation Lead, Department of Defense Detainee Policy liaison having responsibility for advancing the repatriation or resettlement of detainees currently held in Guantanamo Bay Cuba.

Currently the rank of Captain serving on the Joint Staff Military Delegation to NATO, Carl has received a number of awards, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal.

Carl lives with his wife, Diana, and their children, Abigail and Elijah, in Greenfield, NH, where they love the outdoors and rural life.

Hazel joined Grove Street Fiduciary in 2008.

Prior to joining Grove Street Fiduciary, Hazel worked in the Insurance Industry, as a Business Systems Analyst in the Technology Industry and prior to that as a Business Systems Analyst in the Specialty Retail Industry.

She is a 1985 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BS degree in Mathematics.

Hazel lives in Hancock, NH with her husband Chris and two college age children. She especially enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, hiking and snowshoeing with her family. Their young yellow Labrador Retriever Willow and cat Jinx complete her family.

Eline Ruediger joined Grove Street Fiduciary, LLC in Peterborough, NH in 1991 and has been a fee-only fiduciary advisor at Grove Street Fiduciary since 2003. She assists clients with comprehensive financial life planning, estate planning, strategic investment management and business consulting. As a CFP® professional, Eline is adept at unwinding complex situations to simplify matters for clients. Detail oriented and an empathetic listener, she enjoys working with all types of clients, especially women and seniors. She approaches all of her clients as if they were part of her family, and finds her work personally rewarding.

Financial Planning and business background

Eline is a Paladin Five Star Advisor and is also a member of the Financial Planning Association® (FPA) and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She completed her CFP® Professional Education Program from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, in 2001 and her certification as a CFP® professional in 2003. Prior to joining Grove Street Fiduciary, she was the sales manager for a food service import company, the marketing manager for a food service paper and plastic manufacturer, and a marketing research analyst for an electric motor manufacturer.

She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BS degree in business administration and has done MBA coursework at the University of Rhode Island.

Community Volunteer and Citizen of the Year

Active in the community, she is the past secretary of the Monadnock Rotary Club in Dublin, NH, and is a past board member of the New Hampshire Dance Institute. Eline has been a volunteer with the Peterborough Community Playground and was recognized as the organization’s Citizen of the Year in 1991. She was also co-coach of the Peterborough Elementary School fourth grade Odyssey of the Mind team that placed sixth in the world finals in 1997. A first generation American and native of New Hampshire, Eline was raised outside of Washington, D.C., but eventually returned to her native state. She is an active outdoors person, she loves to ski, sail, hike, and travel.

Eline lives in Peterborough, NH, with her husband. She is the proud mother of her two adult children who are successful in their own right.
